My journey began in the world of hair, creating beauty on the outside, while on the inside I felt disconnected from myself. I kept pushing my own needs down, until eventually I broke. What I thought was "just life" became the very thing that cracked me open.
That breaking began an awakening. Through reiki, shadow work, and the unfolding of my intuitive gifts (clairsentience, claircognizance, clairaudience), I began to rebuild, not just as a functional adult but as someone who lives with awareness, healing & magic.
Energy Speaks was born from that shift. It's a space where I weave together the physical and the spiritual. Whether that be through hair, reiki, tarot, or energy guidance & shadow work because true transformation happens when we care for both body & soul.
This is for anyone who feels the call to step out of their suppression and self-doubt and into clarity, alignment, and their own power. I don't promise perfection - but I hold space for realness, growth, and the beauty of becoming.
